Inventory Controller Positions available at WeBuyCars The Dome BranchDuties and Responsibilities:Purchase OrdersOpen, approve & close ordersEnsure to follow the admin order rulesReversal & Corrections.Purchase order system support.Data extract and Processing.Chase open orders daily. Stock ManagementData extract and reporting.Monitor stock take exceptions / Report.Problem solving and system support.Monitor stock levels on floorManage Trello Board. Add & remove vehicles. Housekeeping and Expense Control Manage manual order books.Manage and order “Promo”, “Sold”, “Finance”, QC and “Delivery ready” stickers.Arrange payment requisitions for service providers. Key Competencies and SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust have mechanical background on vehiclesListening skillsProblem analysis and problem solvingTeam workStress toleranceFurther requirements:Grade 12Fully bilingual in English and AfrikaansMinimum 3 years Inventory management experienceTechnical/mechanical background advantageousPrevious motor industry experience Package Includes:Momentum FundsAtWork Provident Fund15 Days Annual LeaveMarket Related Salary
