Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide a systematic and disciplined approach to effectiveness of risk management control and governance processesPossess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and a sound judgementAccountable for the examination and evaluation of organisations processes, reporting findings back to the executive regarding possible improvements and correctionsPerforming development compliance auditsPerforming financial and operational auditsIdentifying business process risksCreating various testing methods to evaluate the adequacy of controlsDocumenting results of the internal audits and implementing corrective actionREQUIREMENTS: 2+ years experience in a similar roleTertiary qualification in Internal Auditing / Accounting qualificationExperience in the FMCG or fast food sector – advantageousFull MS OfficeSage 50/ Pastel Evolution or similar systemGAAP and/or Micros- advantageousAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisationStrong presentation skillsMust have strong attention to detail and a proven track record
