Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Insurance Training Specialist within the Insurance department at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop training programs for insurance professionals to enhance their understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations
Deliver training sessions through various methods including in-person workshops, virtual training sessions, and self-paced e-learning modules
Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation tools
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date
Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training materials reflect current best practices
Provide individual coaching and support to insurance professionals as needed
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary training to succeed in their roles
Coordinate with other training professionals within the organization to ensure consistency in training approach and materials
Qualifications and Skills:
Matric / Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field (advantageous)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations
Proven experience developing training programs and materials
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC) (advantageous)
