KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a HR Administration Officer  to join the Sandton based HR teamThe Kamoa Copper Mine, is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It’s a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometers west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.Play your part in our team succeeding…This role will be responsible for providing HR administration services and support to the Kamoa Copper team.You will have the following:3 year HR Diploma,degree or similar qualification Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role Must have Sage 300 People experiencePreferably you will have: HR Administration Strong administrative and computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite Personal Competencies should include:Reliable Flexible Acts with honesty and integrity MeticulousConsistent Patient Knowledgeable in terms of HR matters A team player and who is not averse to working in a busy and high-pressured working environment Highly adaptable and proactive Attention to details and ability to prioritize efficiently. Your Key Performance Activities will include but not limited to:   Handle the administration of the on-boarding process , e.g. benefits administration, visa, booking of medicals, inductions as per employment checklist.Ensuring that all the new employees have completed the necessary HR documents.Organize and maintain personnel records.Update and maintain employee data on SAGE P300.Attend to employee queries and escalate matters where required.Responsible for timely and accurate processing of all service requests; ensuring compliance with governance.Assist with the administration of staff changes and secondments as and when required.Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).Organizing and maintaining personnel recordsUpdating the recruitment and onbaording tracker.The finer details:When applying, please submit a PDF version of your CV.
