DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: 

To provide leadership and direction on Organisational Development functions in the Group.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

Develop and maintain Organisational Development (OD) frameworks.
Oversee and lead the provision of Organisational Development services.
Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Management of resources.
Reporting and advisory service.

 Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA), Skills Development Act etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development/ Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Psychology

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

 Registration with HPCSA as Psychometrist or IndustrialPsychologist

EXPERIENCE

15 years’ human resources management experience of which a minimum of 5 years should be at asenior management level.
