Job Description
Job Title: Flexographic Printing SupervisorHire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Flexographic Printing Supervisor to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flexographic printing and experience in managing a team.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flexographic printing departmentManage and lead a team of printing technicians and operatorsMonitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of ordersEnsure quality control standards are met throughout the printing processTroubleshoot any technical issues that arise during printingMaintain and calibrate printing equipment as neededTrain new employees on printing techniques and equipment operationImplement and enforce safety procedures in the printing departmentCommunicate with other departments to coordinate printing schedules and requirementsRequirements:Matric (Grade 12)Qualified Trade Tested3-5 years’ experience as a qualified Flexographic Operator will be advantageous.Min 1-2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a production environment.Planning workDemonstrate authority.Good understanding of Training and DevelopmentProblem Solving ability.Good people skills.Ability to deal with conflict in a workplace.If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity as a Flexographic Printing Supervisor in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, we encourage you to apply.
