We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and desirable skills:

  • Matric
  • Bookkeeping / Executive Secretarial Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Professional Correspondence
  • Ability to communicate with high-level individuals

Role Responsibilities

As part of your role you will be responsible for:

  1. Diary Management for Partners
  2. Setting up of meetings and minute taking
  3. Travel bookings and arrangements (local and international).
  4. Compile and type proposals, presentations, and general correspondence.
  5. Perform ad hoc personal tasks for the directors
  6. Co-ordinate team events/ meetings and provide administrative support.
