 Job SummaryThe successful candidate will need to provide excellent customer service, capturing orders, resolving telephonic and email queries, exploring opportunities to increase sales and tracking orders with the aim of developing new and maintaining good relationships with agents, wholesale and retail customers.Customer CommunicationEnsure customers meet deadline commitments.Foster on-going professional relationships with existing customers and sales force, creating a culture of consultative selling, monitoring sell through data, replenishment suggestions to maximise sales, promotion suggestions, seasonal planning etc.Upselling based on ATS if we do not have stock of a particular styleFoster good relationships with customers (Wholesalers and E-Tailers). Assisting them with growth strategies and suggestions for expansion, planning and in stock programs within their businesses.Orderbook Management and processing Manage E-Tailers (Marketplace and Warehouse) to ensure the correct product mix. Cradle to grave approach which includes onboarding, cataloguing, product flow, sell through in conjunction with digital commerce.Wholesale E-Tail onsite merchandising and visual impact in line with omni-channel approachOrder placement on behalf of the E-Tailer (marketplace) to ensure product mix and sales opportunities are optimized when prebooking stock.Work cross functional to ensure marketing rolls out on time.
