DescriptionRPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Planner to join our client’s team in the retail industry. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning demand for our client’s retail products. You will analyze sales trends, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.At RPO Recruitment, we are dedicated to finding the best candidates to drive success in the retail industry. Join our team and contribute to our client’s growth and profitability by ensuring accurate demand forecasting and efficient inventory management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales analysisAnalyze inventory levels to optimize stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstockingCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on demand plans and strategiesMonitor and report on changes in customer demand, industry trends, and competitive landscapeWork closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operationsUtilize demand planning tools and software to support forecasting and analysisRequirementsProven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role in the retail industryDiploma, National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Management or equivalentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of retail industry trends and dynamicsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBenefitsSalary: Negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
