Job Description
Hire Resolve’s Client a leading FMCG Company is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in Durban. As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial matters.Your responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting legal due diligence, and providing guidance on legal risks and compliance. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal agreements are aligned with business objectives and mitigate potential legal risks.We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
