Job Description
DescriptionRPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CMMS Specialist to join a leading packaging company in the industry. As a CMMS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of the packaging facility.Responsibilities:Implement and configure the CMMS system to meet the specific needs of the packaging facilityDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and work ordersMonitor equipment performance data and analyze trends to identify potential issues and recommend improvement measuresCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliabilityProvide training and support to end-users on CMMS functionalitiesGenerate reports and analyze CMMS data to track maintenance KPIs and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain accurate equipment records and update the CMMS system with relevant informationEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activitiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with CMMS systems in the packaging industryMinimum of 5 years of experience in planning in the packaging industryStrong knowledge of CMMS functionalities and configurationExperience with maintenance planning and scheduling methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the packaging industryBenefitsSalary: R1mill/yr – R850K/yr, negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
