CIT Crewman Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):Full responsibility and accountability for collecting and delivering clients’ moneyReport all delays to the Branch Manager immediatelyIncident prevention and reportingMaintain radio contact with controllersTake preventive action toward any suspicious activity Minimum Requirements:Clear criminal recordTactical combat trainingClear credit recordPSIRA accredited at least with Grade CCompleted firearm training in handgun and rifleSAPS competency certificateCIT CertificateExperience in the security industry or a similar role3 years experience in CIT driving and crew functionsOther Personality Attributes:Must be honest and reliableMust have good verbal and language abilitiesMust be assertiveMust be self-motivatedPay attention to detailWilling to work overtimeCustomer service and relationsQuality assuranceWilling to TravelCore Competencies:Self-developmentCommunication skillsCustomer focusTeamworkWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.Whilst preference is given to existing employees at all times and the choice made is purely on merit, Historically Disadvantaged Candidates and Black Female Candidates are encouraged and supported in the FSG team.
