DescriptionRPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our client in the Logistics industry’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Our company is a leading recruitment agency that focuses on finding the best candidates for our clients’ needs, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for excellence. ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential clients and develop new business relationshipsUnderstand client needs and provide strategic solutions to meet their requirementsCollaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies for FMCG rolesKeep up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat businessParticipate in client meetings and presentationsMonitor and analyze market trends and competitorsNegotiate contract terms and conditions with clientsTrack and report on sales performance metricsRequirementsProven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar roleExperience in the FMCG industry is highly desirableStrong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and challengesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targetsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldBenefitsSalary: R950K/yr – R800/yr, salary negotiableRPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
