Job Description
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the management and delivery of B-BBEE Solutions to existing and new clients. We are looking for a solutions-driven person with B-BBEE Consulting and HR Consulting experience. Required experience:At least 3 years in a similar role within the B-BBEE industry.Excellent knowledge on the B-BBEE Codes (Incl. Sector Codes).Excellent knowledge on Employment Equity Reporting.Excellent knowledge on WSP/ATR Reporting.Excellent knowledge on HR Processes Other abilities:Advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients.Proven track record of successful pipeline building with customer focus, including the ability to foster long-term client relationships and create new relationships.Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations.Self-motivated individual.Driven to exceed customer and project goals.Think-on-your-feet approach.
