Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client in utility industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Assistant Project Manager (Utility Analyst) to join their team in Gauteng.Responsibilities: Utility AnalystLiaise with Regional Controller or project manager for contracts.Perform Utility Analysis for accuracy, discrepancies, metering potential, tariff optimization, and trend analysis.Maintain tariff library.Calculate shared savings per site, coordinate invoices, and submit billing packs.Reconcile sub-meter costs with municipal bulk meter costs.Communicate with COO/CEO for client matters, pricing increases, and ad-hoc reporting.Attend client meetings.Coordinate with RealSens team for billing data.Collaborate with IT/AMR Support Supervisors for anomalies.Handle queries from managing agents, tenants, landlords.Update tenant schedules.Maintain tariff library.Project Management:Administer day-to-day project activities, personnel records, and contracts.Arrange logistics for program activities and meetings.Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project files.Manage project finances, including budget monitoring and reporting.Assist with procurement of equipment and services, maintenance, and delivery logistics.Requirements:Experience in electricity tariff analysis.Working knowledge of utility management/energy data/smart meteringMinimum 5 years’ experience on Energy Savings Company project management/administration or energy auditing or energy metering and verification or energy smart metering.Advantageous – qualification in Project Management and energy savings/auditing.Analytical related qualification – advantageousBased in JohannesburgBenefits:Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Rebecca Grylls, Kayla Pelser or Miné Roux at Hire Resolve or on LinkedInYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: [email protected] We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
