OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage and control the SACAA stores.
Stores and Asset Management
Ensure that proper procedures are followed when departments and other offices require stock (Request for stationery attached)
Receiving, issuing, and processing of goods taken from stores and consolidate documentation for record purposes
Replenish stock as and when required, ensure that there is sufficient stock in stores at all times and monitor the standards set in them
Ensure that stock-takings are coordinated monthly
Report on monthly stock variances
Allocate serial numbers to all fixed assets purchased
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Grade 12
Ideal Qualification:
Post Matric qualification.
Computer Literacy advantageous
Experience:
1 Year – Inventory Management or administration experience
