We’re looking for a driven and creative Activations Manager tojoin our team and lead our brand activation efforts to new heights.Role Summary:As an Activations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning our newly onboardedsponsors into successful campaign integrations across our media channels. You’ll work closelywith sponsorship agents and hosts to ensure seamless activation, tailored to each sponsor’sunique offering and goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaboratively work with sponsorship agents to take over newly secured sponsors,ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of their campaign goals.Plan and execute brand activations across shows, ensuring alignment with sponsorobjectives and Boost’s content standards.Maintain direct communication with sponsors, providing regular updates, campaignprogress, and comprehensive reporting on integrations.Coordinate with hosts to brief them on upcoming activations, ensuring they’re fullyprepared to deliver the sponsor’s message effectively.Compile and present weekly reports to sponsors, showcasing the impact of theircampaigns through detailed analytics and timestamped content integrations.Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience in brand activations or campaign management, preferably within thecrypto or related tech industries.Strong affinity for the crypto space, with a keen understanding of its dynamics andaudience engagement strategies.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaignssimultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strongrelationships with both internal teams and external partners.Analytical mindset, with proficiency in compiling and presenting campaign performancedata.Dynamic, team-player attitude with a positive outlook and the ability to adapt to afast-paced environment.
