Job Overview

The HR Registry Clerk will be positioned at the Corporate Office in Bethlehem. This role holds a six-month contract and enticing compensation of ZAR 202,233 per annum (Level 05).

About You

In order to qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • A recognised National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12 or NCV Level 4
  • 1-2 years’ experience in registry services
  • A recognised National Diploma/ Degree in HR Management or related field
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in performing registry duties and practices
  • Data capturing and computer operation skills
  • Exceptional understanding and knowledge of legislative framework of Public Services

Job Responsibilities

If you’re chosen for this role, you’ll be expected to:

  • Render efficient filing and records management services in the HR Registry
  • Manage and ensure the safeguard of documents, posts and files
  • Handle documents for employees leaving the service
  • Address regulatory, internal and external compliance requirements
  • Administer employee medical aid and upkeep banking details, housing, and qualifications
  • Liaise with clients regarding employee information matters
