The Presidency

The Presidency plays a pivotal role in the executive management and coordination of the South African government. With the President, Deputy President, and other political principals at its helm, The Presidency facilitates integrated planning, performance monitoring, and policy alignment to support national unity and social cohesion. Its mission is to assist in executing constitutional responsibilities, promote the country's interests globally, and oversee reporting entities such as Brand South Africa, Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Government Communication and Information System, Media Development and Diversity Agency, and Statistics South Africa.
