The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) is dedicated to establishing a strong skills foundation for infrastructural development and economic empowerment. They implement skills projects and learnerships to enhance the human resources in South Africa's construction industry, ensuring that the skills of the construction workforce align with the National Qualifications Frameworks (NQF). As an accredited Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) body, the CETA monitors and accredits training and training providers, utilizing discretionary funds to support projects aligned with the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS).
