.za Domain Name Authority (ZADNA)

The .za Domain Name Authority (ZADNA) is a non-profit organization responsible for the management and regulation of the .za domain namespace in South Africa. It ensures compliance with international best practices, licenses and regulates registries and registrars, and publishes guidelines for administration and public access to domain name repositories. ZADNA aims to raise public awareness about the economic benefits of domain name registration, conducts research on domain name systems, and collaborates with stakeholders to uphold the rights and interests of the .za domain community. It operates under the oversight of the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies (DCDT).
