About The Job Vacancy
FlySafair invites suitable candidates to apply for the position of Customer Service Agent. The successful applicant will work under the direct supervision of the Airport Manager at their Cape Town International Airport. Key duties of the role include:
- Assisting passengers with ticket purchases, reservations, and flight changes, including explaining relevant rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures.
- Assuming responsibility for any flight delays or cancellations.
- Handling and safeguarding sensitive information.

Basic Requirements
