Role and Opportunities

This enriching learnership program provides practical training in the following disciplines:

  • Electrician
  • Boilermaker
  • Measurement Control & Instrumentation

Qualification Criteria:

Interested candidates must possess:

  • A Matric certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (A minimum pass of 40% in each).
  • N2 or higher certification with related subjects as per the specific discipline prerequisites.
  • NCV Level-4 in a related trade, with at least 40% pass in all subjects.

For Trade Test requirements, a minimum of N2 Subjects/certificate in Mathematics, Engineering Science, relevant Trade Theory, and either Industrial Electronics, Engineering Drawings, or Plating Structural Drawings is compulsory.

Application Procedure:

You are requested to submit your CV, an ID copy, certified qualifications, and Proof of Residence (with the stamp of tribal office or municipality). Applications may be submitted directly to relevant Platinum Operations. Only applications from local communities providing proof of residence will be entertained.
