Requirements

Candidates aspiring for this role must have a National Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification, plus proficiency in computer operations. Despite no experience necessity, potential candidates should possess a good understanding of Public Service regulations, PFMA, EPMDS, PSA, and treasury Regulations. Knowledge of general administration in the Public Service along with Public sector policies is essential. A natural flair for excellent communication and analytical skills will boost your candidacy.

Job Responsibilities

As a Personnel Officer, you will be held accountable for various administrative duties related to staff provisioning and condition of service. Ensuring efficient processing of service benefits and incentives for all employees and managing HR processes at an operational level will fall under your responsibility.
