Prerequisites

  1. Holders of Grade 12 certificates are eligible.
  2. A National Diploma or bachelor’s degree would be an added advantage.
  3. Ideal candidates should have between 0-2 years of related experience.
  4. Understanding of EPWP and reporting protocols.
  5. Aptitude for organization, coordination, and planning.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management and understanding of government planning.
  7. Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills are required.
  8. Demonstrated computer literacy.
  9. Ability to work under pressure, willingness to put in long hours, and readiness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing and maintaining monthly progress reports.
  • Providing and reconciling exceptional reports.
  • Uploading crucial documents such as ID copies and contracts on EDMS and Microsoft Teams.
  • Handling general administrative duties.
