What are we looking for?
In this role of Data Capturer, we require more than just qualifications. Candidates should possess a Grade 12 or equivalent certificate, but more than that, we need at least two years of experience in EPWP Reporting System (EPWPRS) Version 2.
Must-have Skills
- Computer Literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Packages: MS Word, Excel, Power-point, and Outlook
- Skills in data consolidation, verification, and validation processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ethical conduct and accountability
Your Responsibilities
- Capture and upload data on EPWPRS Version 2, including routine updates
- Provide logistical support for EPWP trainings
- Perform administrative tasks: typing, scanning, filing, printing, stapling, and copying
- Ensure efficient registry services, data management, and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of collected and stored data
- Complete assigned tasks from immediate supervisor
