Coca-Cola Business Administration Learnership 2024

In line with its commitment to nurturing talent, Coca-Cola has rolled out an initiative for individuals interested in expanding their working understanding and theoretical knowledge of Business Administration – the Coca-Cola Business Administration Learnership. This learnership focuses on building the necessary skills and progressing toward a National Certificate in Business Administration. It will be operational at several locations.

The selected candidates will be expected to extend administrative support throughout the entire year, especially amidst heavy business operations and during team holidays. The Learnership blends theory and practice, combining structured work experience with classroom learning.

Candidates who display commitment and steady advancement during the learnership are entitled to receive a National Certificate in Business Administration at NQF Level 4.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Has not undergone the same qualification or learnership (NQF Level 4 HR Management Practice and Support) elsewhere
  • Able to work in a flexible setting (includes weekends and public holidays)
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • No criminal history or bad credit record
  • Not enrolled full-time in any other academic program
  • Applicant should be willing to attend classes during the week and on Saturdays, if necessary
  • Ability to work in the region is a requirement
  • Priority given to candidates identified as having a disability
