Qualifications, Skills, Attributes, and Experience

The successful candidate should hold a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. Preferred candidates would have additional qualifications in office administration and at least one year of relevant experience.

  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail and time management abilities, good interpersonal and telephone etiquette, Knowledge of SAP administration, general office systems and administration.
  • Attributes: Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, ethical and honest, upholds confidentiality, punctual, deadline-driven, and capable of working under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Performing general administration tasks to support the logistics services team.
  2. Ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
  3. Active participation in training programs as required.
