Unveiling the Opportunity
We are inviting ambitious individuals to be part of our comprehensive Three-year Artisan Learnership Program, focusing on the Boilermaker Plater trade. This program aims to foster your talents and prepare you for a successful career as an Artisan. The program, embedded in the Mototolo Mine, comprises an ideal blend of classroom teaching and practical training.
Training Program Highlights
- First Year: You will gain foundational knowledge through institutional training at ESTC (Engineering Skills Training Centre).
- Second Year: Theoretical concepts transition into practical application through on-the-job/core training at the Mototolo Mine.
- Third Year: We assess your readiness to qualify as an artisan through completion of a trade test.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Matric certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (minimum 40% pass in each)
- N2 or higher qualification with relevant subjects
- NCV Level-4 in a relevant trade, with a minimum 40% pass in all subjects
- Eligibility for the Trade Test requires N2 Subjects/certificate in Mathematics, Engineering Science, Relevant Trade Theory – Plating trade theory, and Plating Structural Drawings
Learnership Conditions
