Eligibility Criteria

- Basic Qualifications
- A N2 qualification with Four Subjects and Relevant Trade Theory Subjects including Mathematics, Engineering Science, Diesel Trade Theory, Engineering Drawing, or Industrial Electronics.
- A valid National Vocational Certificate (NCV) L4 ERD (Engineering Related Design) with Seven Subjects in Automotive.
- Grade 12 Requirements: Mathematics (Core), Physical Science, Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD), and Mechanical Technology.
- Advantageous Attributes
- Good physical health and readiness for a medical examination and relevant tests, given the demanding nature of the work.
- A valid Code EB (08) driver’s licence.
- Proximity within a 50km radius from the Bell Customer Service Centre.
- Prior working experience in the engineering industry.
- Basic hand skills training complete.
- Ownership of a valid passport.
