BankSETA unfolds an exceptional learnership programme for bright South African individuals aiming to establish a firm groundwork in the organisation. The BankSETA Letsema Learnership is a perfect avenue for aspirants to gain comprehensive knowledge in their chosen career trajectories. This immersive learnership enforces a carefully strategised curriculum formulated with theoretical evaluations and practical working exposures. Guided by industry experts, participants get the opportunity to show considerable progress while receiving constructive feedback for improvements.
In its one-year programme, the BankSETA Letsema Learnership invites individuals to take part in the Banking Service Advice domain. It’s expected from the learners to dedicate their time and effort throughout the programme. Successful graduates of the learnership will be awarded an NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking Service Advice, considering the consistent progress shown throughout the programme. Alongside this, participants are entitled to a monthly stipend of R3,500 to support their journey.
