Key Role Responsibilities (Both Locations)
– Managing customer queue and delivering robust client service at the branch.
– Assisting clients in utilizing ATM, remote and self-service options.
– Acquiring necessary knowledge and training for service consulting.
Experience & Qualifications
The minimum qualification required to apply for this role is a Grade 12 National Certificate, with no prior work experience. An ideal candidate would have experience in a retail, banking, or finance-related customer service role. Completion of Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational is a prerequisite.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
Candidates should have basic calculation abilities, conversation skills, clarity in personal goals, and passion for learning. Familiarity with the working environment of a bank, Capitec Bank’s product, and procedures would be ideal. Proficiency in communication and computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) is essential. Strong interpersonal skills along with relationship management capabilities are also necessary.
Employment Conditions
