Administration Clerk: Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption

Role prerequisites:
- A Grade 12 certificate
- No experience required
- Understanding of various Acts and principles like PFMA, PSR, PSA, PAIA, UIA
- Technical skills which include: report writing, computer literacy, communication, planning and organising, analytical thinking and creativity
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support services towards the fraud and corruption investigation processes
- Ensuring effective case administration
- Making logistical arrangements in the Section

Administration Clerk: Employer/Employee Registration

Role prerequisites:
- A Senior Certificate/ Grade 12 or equivalent
- 0-6 months experience
- Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles and Service Charter
- Technical skills including: communication, listening, time management, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and data capturing
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing the registration of employers and declaration forms of employees
- Maintaining employers’ database
- Providing general clerical support services within the section
