Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Sound understanding of HR and Labour Relations functions
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Labour Relations, or Secretarial studies will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with PSCBC Resolution 14 of 2002 and PSCBC Resolution 1 of 2003 will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Labour Relations unit
  • Managing and handling confidential documents
  • Coordinating meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing Labour Relation administration tasks and additional HR functions as directed by the supervisor
