Furthermore, this learnership program smoothly segues into our Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP), creating a pathway for promising performers to secure permanent junior roles upon completion.

Key Details of the YEP Learnership Programme
A 12-month contract duration
Monthly allowance with additional academic financial support
The opportunity to acquire a Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4)
Hands-on training complemented with periodic evaluations
Continuous mentorship and guidance throughout the contract
The assembly of a substantial work and learning portfolio

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company’s offerings and operational procedures
  • Engage in focused classroom-based sessions
  • Partake in practical, on-site training
  • Prepare a Portfolio of Evidence for InSeta submission
  • Maintain logbooks for tracking work-based learning
  • Ensure success in both formative and summative assessments
  • Undertake tasks as directed and agreed with the manager

Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be unemployed and aged between 18-35
  • Must have passed Grade 12 in Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy/Accounting and English (minimum 50%)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must not be enrolled in any post-matric studies
  • Must not have completed any prior learnerships
  • Can commit to a 12-month program
  • Must have a clean criminal and credit history
  • Must have reliable transportation
