This post is a shared service between our Bellville (Agriplas) site as well as Brackenfell (Tego) site. Minimum RequirementsRelevant Tertiary Qualification B.Com/B.Acc degree and be qualified or studying towards a CIMA/CGMA qualificationMinimum of at least 4 years’ experience in a Management Accounting or related position.Advanced Excel / Data Analysis skills (VBA, Advanced Pivots, Financial Modelling etc.)Exposure to a manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous for your application.Key performance indicatorsThe GOLD business imperatives displayed below are to be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role. GrowthResponsible for day-to-day financial controls as well as supporting the Finance Manager to provide ad hoc decision support to executive management.Drive efficiencies and system improvements and provide timely and accurate reporting and service to all stakeholders.Engaging and maintaining productive and value adding relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders whilst influencing best fit solutionsOptimisationAnalyse and report financial performance against budget & PYAssist with compilation of daily/weekly/monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.Assist with compilation of annual branch & capital budgets.Month end related tasks such as journals, reconciliations etc. Leveraging Culture & DiversityLeading high impact team and ensuring efficient use of manpowerMaintaining costs and ensure, safe, reliable, efficient functional resources linked to people. Digital TransformationAutomation of processes and integration of manufacturing and financial data.Take ownership of ERP management from a business perspective to ensure requirements of all users are adequately addressed. Key leadership attributesThe incumbent would need to have the ability to progress and add continuous incremental value – having impact!Dealing with complexitySound pragmatic judgementSelf – awarenessAchievement orientationCandidates who are not contacted within 14 working days of the closing date can accept that their application was unsuccessful.
