Nansi iSpani: 6,000 Job Opportunities in Roads and Transport


The Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport is making a significant effort to combat unemployment and enhance the region’s transport infrastructure with the Nansi iSpani 2.0 programme. What is Nansi iSpani ?

Nansi iSpani 2.0 is the second phase of the government’s Nansi iSpani initiative, which is part of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). The program’s name translates to “Here is the Job” in local lingo, reflecting its commitment to providing work opportunities to unemployed South Africans, particularly the youth.

With a focus on infrastructure maintenance, Nansi iSpani 2.0 aims to upgrade Gauteng’s road and transport sector while simultaneously addressing the unemployment crisis. Job Opportunities and Application Process

To be eligible for these job openings, applicants must be South African residents with a clean criminal record and a minimum educational qualification of Grade 10. Stamped proof of current address is also required.

Applicants must include a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae and a certified copy of their identity document when submitting their applications. It is important to note that individuals who have previously applied under the Nansi iSpani recruitment program will also be considered for these posts.

Stipend and Contact Information
