Seeking an organized, proactive professional to support executive operations and manage critical documentation processes in our dynamic technical environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems and up-to-date project servers
- Executive Support: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
- Compliance: Handle Auditor General responses and tender documentation processes
- Operations: Manage staff logistics, recruitment coordination, and office administration
Required Competencies
- 2+ years administrative experience (construction/engineering sector preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
- Working knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, and construction contracts (advantageous)
