We seek an organized Personal Assistant to support senior management with administrative excellence and operational coordination.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and prepare detailed minutes/reports
- Handle corporate communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
- Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Maintain branch insurance policy updates
- Manage product certification documentation and compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications:
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ PA/Executive Assistant experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
