Position: Manager – Community Development Policy (Grade 1: Poverty Alleviation & Sustainable Livelihood)
Job Details:
- 🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
- 🔹 Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Development Studies/Social Science
- 🔹 Experience Needed: Minimum 10 years in Community Development
- 🔹 Location: Limpopo Province
- 🔹 Department: Administration
- 🔹 License Requirement: Valid Driver’s License
Key Requirements:
- • Recognized qualification in Development Studies or Social Sciences (SAQA accredited)
- • Proven track record in community development initiatives
- • Strong understanding of poverty alleviation strategies
Primary Responsibilities:
- • Implement policies for sustainable livelihood programs
- • Develop empowerment initiatives for disadvantaged communities
- • Conduct household poverty analysis and needs assessments
- • Establish partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders
- • Manage program administration and budgeting
