Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Public Administration/Local Government/Development Management or equivalent
- 5 years’ middle/senior management experience
- Completion of Nyukela Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme required before appointment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively
Advantageous: MS PowerPoint/MS Project skills

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead district development planning and implementation
- Oversee municipal infrastructure project management
