About the Role:
Lead back-office operations at our iStore retail location, ensuring smooth business processes and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily retail operations and administrative functions
- Leading teams with supportive feedback and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Optimizing systems and processes for business efficiency
- Supporting customer service excellence and sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume retail environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Track record of achieving business targets
- Knowledge of Apple products/services (advantageous)
