About the Role:

Lead back-office operations at our iStore retail location, ensuring smooth business processes and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily retail operations and administrative functions
  • Leading teams with supportive feedback and coaching
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Optimizing systems and processes for business efficiency
  • Supporting customer service excellence and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume retail environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic settings
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Track record of achieving business targets
  • Knowledge of Apple products/services (advantageous)
