The Moya App is a user-friendly application that provides access to various services without utilizing your data. It is available to users on Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, and Telkom networks. Follow the steps below to easily check your SASSA appeal status through the Moya App.
Step 1: Download and Install the Moya App
Begin by visiting the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices). Search for the Moya App and download it onto your smartphone. Once the installation is complete, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Launch the App and Register
Open the Moya App on your smartphone. During the initial setup, you will be asked to register. Provide the necessary personal details, including your cellphone number for verification purposes. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process.
Step 3: Access the SASSA SRD Grant Services
After logging in to the Moya App, you will be presented with the main interface. Look for the “Discover” option and tap on it. From there, select the “Money” category. Within this category, you will find an option called “SRD zero rated.” Tap on it to access the SRD services, which will redirect you to the SRD page.
Step 4: Check Your SASSA Appeal Status
On the SRD page, scroll down until you locate the “Check SASSA SRD status” tab. Tap on it to proceed. You will be prompted to provide your ID number and cellphone number. Ensure that you enter these details accurately and click on the submit button.
Step 5: View Your SASSA Appeal Status
Once you have submitted your information, the Moya App will retrieve your SASSA appeal status. The result will be displayed on your screen, indicating whether your appeal has been approved, declined, or is still pending review.
