Salary: R397,116 per annum

Location: Pretoria Head Office

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Behavioral/Social Sciences or Management
  • 2+ years organizational design/work study experience
  • Preferred: Certification in PERSAL, Microsoft Visio, Job Evaluation systems
  • Key Competencies: Advanced communication skills, problem-solving, organizational design principles

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational structure analysis
  • Develop comprehensive job descriptions
  • Manage job evaluation and grading processes
  • Maintain PERSAL organizational records
  • Coordinate job evaluation committee activities

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Economics/Public Administration
  • 1+ year stakeholder engagement experience
  • Preferred: Policy development training
  • Key Competencies: Policy analysis, stakeholder management, regulatory process improvement

Core Responsibilities:

  • Research regulatory barriers for SMEs
  • Develop policy improvement strategies
  • Coordinate intergovernmental collaborations
  • Monitor compliance with red tape reduction initiatives

Salary: R397,116 per annum

Location: Pretoria Head Office

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Property Development/Project Management
  • 1+ year infrastructure development experience
  • Preferred: Valid driver’s license
  • Key Competencies: Property management, project coordination, spatial planning

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify underutilized government properties
  • Develop SME infrastructure access programs
  • Coordinate property conversion projects
  • Manage infrastructure development reporting
