Vodacom: Early Careers Programmes 2025

Vodacom has announced the launch of its Early Careers Programme, which is aimed at recruiting talented and ambitious candidates to join the company’s team. The application process is now open, and enthusiastic candidates are encouraged to apply before 31 August 2024.

Discover Graduate Programme

This is a two-year permanent employment opportunity that includes a comprehensive learning and development program. The program is specially designed for the development of future leaders at Vodacom. To apply, you must have completed your undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2024. The program starts on the 1st of February 2025. Candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, mentorship from coaches, and on-the-job training. When the program is completed, you will transition to a destination role within the organization.

Vodacom Internship ProgrammenThe Vodacom Internship is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity that provides valuable work experience and training program. This program allows you to:

• Gain valuable work experience;
• Develop your skills and knowledge;
• Network with professionals in your desired field;
• And earn an income.

This program may also provide opportunities to transition into permanent positions within the organization. To apply for either the Discover Graduate Programme or Internship Programme, you must be a South African citizen, 26 years old or younger and have a degree (BCom, BSc or B-Tech) in any field at the time of application. Your undergraduate degree must be NQF 7 or higher. However, as an exception, an NQF 6 (3-year National Diploma will be considered in the following areas ONLY: Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering and Information Systems/Information Technology.
