About the Role:
Lead safety, health, and environmental excellence at our Boksburg operations while partnering with Homecare business units across Southern Africa. Drive sustainable SHE performance through strategic leadership and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site-specific SHE strategies
- Manage safety performance metrics and environmental impact reduction
- Lead cross-functional safety committees and crisis management
- Oversee legal compliance and risk assessment programs
- Direct team development and capability building
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering/SHE-related field
- 12+ years experience with 5-8 years in SHE management
- Proven leadership in FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Strong regulatory compliance knowledge
2. Logistics Coordinator
Department: Supply Chain – Factory
Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
Reporting To: Sihle Funeka

About the Role:
Optimize inventory flow and warehouse operations at our Home Care manufacturing site, ensuring seamless production support and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily inventory cycle counts and stock controls
- Coordinate materials handling and system transactions
- Implement lean logistics improvements
- Maintain SAP inventory records and reporting
Requirements:
- Matric with logistics/supply chain qualification preferred
- 2-3 years FMCG logistics experience
- SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
