Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Standard 8 or Grade 10
- Functional literacy and numeracy skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in reading and writing
- Capability to operate basic machinery and equipment
- Flexibility to work extended hours when operational needs arise
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive general maintenance and repair duties across the college facility. This includes:
- Conducting routine and emergency maintenance tasks related to plumbing systems, electrical wiring, carpentry work, and basic infrastructure repairs
- Maintaining and repairing office furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Replacing or repairing doors, windows, walls, and internal fixtures as required
- Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize facility downtime
- Maintaining an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies
- Ensuring proper security of all maintenance equipment to prevent loss and guarantee availability when needed
- Assisting with minor construction and renovation projects
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Matric Certificate or NCV Level 4
- Recognized three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Marketing Management, Communications, or Public Relations
- Graphic Design certificate would be a valuable additional qualification
- Technical proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw
- Understanding of the TVET sector and public service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities
- Demonstrable exposure to marketing and communications work environment
Key Responsibilities
This role supports the college’s strategic marketing and communications functions through:
- Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing, promotional, and branding strategies
- Coordinating public relations activities and managing media liaison services
- Organizing photographic services and drafting compelling articles for publication
- Planning and coordinating college events, open days, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Updating and maintaining the college website’s content, design layout, and functionality
- Creating marketing materials, brochures, and digital content using graphic design software
- Monitoring social media platforms and managing online community engagement
- Supporting student recruitment campaigns and outreach programmes
- Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all communication channels
- Preparing regular reports on marketing activities and campaign effectiveness

Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Matric Certificate or NCV Level 4
- Recognized three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Financial Management, or Public Management
- Prior work experience in Supply Chain Management or Asset Management will be advantageous
- Knowledge of accounting systems and asset disposal procedures
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Management and Supply Chain policies
- Computer literacy certificate or computer studies as a subject
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and perform under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for comprehensive supply chain and asset management administration:
- Coordinating and accurately recording all asset movements throughout the college
- Managing the asset disposal process in compliance with public service regulations
- Conducting regular asset verification exercises and reconciliation
- Barcoding existing assets and ensuring all new acquisitions are properly tagged
- Implementing and monitoring the College Asset Management plan
- Coordinating the receipt, processing, and distribution of new assets to various departments
- Maintaining accurate asset registers and inventory databases
- Supporting procurement processes and supplier liaison activities
- Ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Management policies and procedures
- Generating monthly and quarterly asset management reports
- Performing other delegated functions as required by management
