Senior Manager: Information Technology

Position Purpose
Provide strategic leadership and operational management to develop efficient IT infrastructure supporting TCTA’s national water management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage R120M+ IT budget and resource allocation
- Oversee service delivery including infrastructure (1500+ endpoints), cybersecurity systems, and enterprise applications
- Lead 25+ member technical team across 3 regional offices
- Ensure compliance with PFMA and national ICT regulations
Requirements
- Honours Degree in IT/Computer Science (NQF 8)
- 10 years ICT experience with 5+ years at senior management level
- Certifications: PMP/COBIT/ITIL (advantageous)
- Proven track record in enterprise system migrations

IT Support Engineer

- Manage hardware inventory (300+ laptops/desktops)
- Conduct staff training sessions (bi-monthly)
Requirements
- NQF 6 Diploma in IT
- CompTIA A+/N+ & Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- 3 years hands-on technical support experience
- Experience with SAP systems (advantageous)
