Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Clerk Traffic Administration will undertake the following duties:
- Manage daily office operations and cashier functions
- Supervise the processing office administration
- Oversee customer care services and effectively address customer inquiries
- Monitor performance, ensuring an efficient capturing and editing process
- Implement and oversee Council Policies and procedures in accordance with legislative guidelines
- Handle and verify the admission of guilt register
- Manage functions pertaining to the clerk of the court
- Respond to representations through email, fax, or in-person communications
- Collaborate with the Law Enforcement Superintendent regarding new fines submission
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
