Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Clerk Traffic Administration will undertake the following duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and cashier functions
  • Supervise the processing office administration
  • Oversee customer care services and effectively address customer inquiries
  • Monitor performance, ensuring an efficient capturing and editing process
  • Implement and oversee Council Policies and procedures in accordance with legislative guidelines
  • Handle and verify the admission of guilt register
  • Manage functions pertaining to the clerk of the court
  • Respond to representations through email, fax, or in-person communications
  • Collaborate with the Enforcement Superintendent regarding new fines submission
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

The compensation for this role ranges from:
